These terms explain how you may use this website. By using this site, you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site.
What this site is
This site provides jewellery information and discovery only. It is an online jewellery discovery and affiliate site: visitors browse and compare jewellery here, and purchases are made on Amazon, not on this site. This site is not a shop. It does not process orders, payments, shipping or returns, and it does not operate a physical store or showroom.
Purchases are made on Amazon
Product prices, availability, delivery and returns are Amazon’s, not this site’s. A product shown here may have changed in price or availability by the time you visit Amazon. Before buying, please check the latest price on Amazon and read Amazon’s terms for that purchase. The wording used for product buying advice on this site is: Check latest price on Amazon.
Affiliate links
This site is an Amazon Associate and earns from qualifying purchases. As an Amazon Associate I earn from qualifying purchases. Clicking a link to Amazon does not change the price you pay on Amazon, unless Amazon itself states otherwise.
Information only, not professional advice
The content on this site is for general information only. It is not professional advice about jewellery care, valuation, investment, health or any other professional matter. If you need advice for a specific decision, please seek advice from a qualified professional.
No official relationship with kushals.com
This site is not the official website of kushals.com. Kushals.com is a separate site, and no official relationship with it is claimed on this site. Any similarity in name does not mean that this site is operated by, endorsed by or affiliated with kushals.com.
Use of this site
You may use this site for personal, non-commercial browsing. You must not use it in a way that breaks the law, harms the site or other visitors, or misrepresents this site as a shop, a seller or an official brand website.
External links
Links to Amazon and any other external site are provided for convenience. Once you leave this site, the other site’s terms and privacy policy apply. This site does not control, and is not responsible for, the content, prices, delivery, returns or privacy practices of external sites.
Contact
For questions about these terms, please use the existing Contact page. No telephone number, email address, postal address, price, offer, discount, delivery date or store location is given here, because none has been verified for publication on this page.
Changes to these terms
These terms may be updated from time to time. The version published on this page is the current version, and continued use of the site after an update means that you accept the updated terms.
